Engineering
With our in-house engineering team, we can help you implement your projects.
We offer:
- consulting and technical design of new equipment
- adaptation of existing solutions to the needs of a specific assignment
- preparation of workshop documentation according to your specifications
When designing individual equipment and structures, we use computational and dimensioning software for performing modelling, analyses, and optimisation.
We design equipment and steel structures in compliance with EN 1090-1 in the EXC3 execution class.
Remanufacturing
Do you own a piece of equipment that no longer maintains its original parameters due to long use, but replacing the entire unit would be too costly?
Our team of experts will assess the condition of the equipment and propose a suitable solution.
We focus on:
- post-warranty service of our products and those of our competitors
- making repairs to casting surfaces of concrete moulds (cracks, depressions, uneven surfaces, etc.)
- regrinding of the casting surface of slabs to a metallic shine to improve the visual quality of the reinforced-concrete component
- repairs or replacement of steel tank walls and reservoirs
Custom production
The experienced employees of our production plant will produce your products according to your production documentation.
Our production complies with the regulations in compliance with EN 1090-2 a ČSN EN ISO 3834-2.
